TERMS OF DELIVERY

General Terms

Polar Heater Oy is a company selling heating products through e-commerce. The company offers comprehensive payment options, fast delivery, and a 12-month warranty on its products. The online store applies a 14-day right of return for private customers in accordance with consumer protection laws, and products are primarily delivered via postal service with tracking codes.

VAT and Payment Terms

We accept all common payment methods including invoicing. Cash on delivery is not accepted.

For deliveries within the EU:

• Private customers (B2C): All prices include Finnish VAT (25.5%)
• Business customers (B2B): VAT 0% with a valid EU VAT number
• VAT number must be provided during ordering
• The company must be VAT registered in their home country

For deliveries outside the EU:

• Prices are shown without VAT
• Customer is responsible for any import duties and local VAT
• Additional taxes and duties are calculated and collected by customs at import
• These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

Delivery

• Orders are typically shipped the same day if registered before 14:00
• Customers receive a tracking code via email when the package has been sent
• Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days within Finland
• International delivery times vary by destination
• Delivery is carried out via Posti or Matkahuolto

Warranty and Right of Return

• Products typically carry a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated (6 months for certain products)
• Private customers have a 14-day right of return for unused products
• Returns must be notified in advance via email to [email protected]
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as per EU directive

User Manuals and Installation

• Operating and installation instructions are sent electronically with order confirmation
• Proper installation according to instructions is required for warranty validity

Campaigns and Discounts

• Campaign prices are valid for a limited time
• Discounts apply only to specifically indicated products
• Different discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated

Intellectual Property Rights

The company's products are protected by trademarks, patents, or design protection. Any use of these rights requires written permission from Polar Heater Oy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in the district court of the company's domicile or in the Consumer Disputes Board.
